Could you please clarify doubt below:
I have both AP & H1B. I am planning to enter with AP and continue to work on H1B.
Upon entry, if I-94 is based on AP expiry date, then it will expire before H1B expiry date.
So, do I have to extend my H1B before I-94 expiry date(based on AP expiry date) eventhough my H1B is valid at that point of time.
