AP Expired While in India
Advance Parole expired 6 months back while in India, has valid F1 Visa in passport. What are the chances of getting into the country by
1. Will new Advance Parole works or
2. getting into US by F1 and changing status to adjustment status(485 pending).
In the advance parole application (I-131) part 2 has options
Option E>>"I am outside the United States and I am applying for an advance parole document."
Option F >>"I am applying for an advance parole document for a person who is outside the United States. If you checked box "f", providethe following information about that person:"
Can we this option(E or F) for applying advance parole for the person staying in India to get back to country and resume his/her pending 485 status?
If we can't use this , what is this option for and when is it useful?
