I have a question regarding AP expiration date. My Dad's GC application is pending. He traveled outside US and came back with AP. The officier stamped "paroled until 04/07/2010" on his I-94. But his AP shows expiration date of 04/18/2009.
(1) Once his AP expires, he can no longer travel outside US, even his I-94 says paroled until 04/07/2010. Is this correct?
(2) In case he does need to travel outside US again, he has to renew (or apply a new) AP, right?
(3) If his GC is still not approved by 04/07/2010, will he be out of status in US? Does he have to leave the country or can he stay legally? Currently he has no other visa to support him.
