I was travelling first time in AP from India to SFO(San Francisco). My H1B expired in Aug 2005 and I am working in my 2nd EAD. Did not file any H1 Extension for Seventh Year. At the POE I handed my passport and AP Document to the INS officer. My Expired H1B Was Scanned and finger printing was done and then I was asked by the immigration oficer to go to "Secondary". Another room where generally for any fraudulation of immigration people are questioned for. At first we wrere scared but then I submitted my documents i.e passport and AP. The officer took around 10-15 min then called my name and put a stamp of parolled with a date of 1 year form the time of POE and let us go.He kept one paroll document with himself and gave the other two with(we had 3 copies) us with one of them stamped.
