AOS's father is sick and AOS needs to travel. After called USCIS to expedite AP, an email response says:

Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that your case was missing initial evidence on 05/20/2008. We will not be able to continue with the processing of your case until this evidence is received. Your case will be held in suspense until we receive your response. You may request expeditious processing again once the Service has received your response.

How should we response? Does it mean that they mail a request to us? And what should we prepare for?

Thanks a lot.

Most likely they did- it would be an RFE.

You can read the jan or feb. filers threads to gain an idea about what some common RFE's are.....but there is no way to nolw until you recieve the letter.

Usually my USC IS snail mail takesa about to 3-5 days to arrive.

Thanks a lot! BMORE HOPEFUL.

Do you have any idea what evidence they usually ask for AP?
Thanks again.

Schedule yourself an InfoPass appointment and go ask USCIS what evidence they are waiting for. You'll save time in the long run.
