I am trying to renew the AP for myself and family as well my EAD.

I wanted to send them all by FEDEX. My AOS is pending in the California Service Center.

Pg#14 of above link says"The following address is used for overnight delivery(Federal Express, UPS etc.) or bonded courier delivery:

California Service Center
24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Room 2302
Laguna Niguel CA 92677."

Here are the questions.

1. If I wish to use FEDEX, but do not use overnight but next day or Fedex express, can I still use the above address?

2. Can I put all our AP Applications and my EAD application in one FEDEX envelope and send?

3. Is it better to send by USPS or FEDEX?

4. If USPS is the better option, can I put all the AP applications in one envelope and my EAD application in another envelope and send?

Let me know.

1. Only if you send by overnight, you can use this address. For all other mails use POBox address.

2. Have each of your application and the corresponding papers, check, photos in seperate normal envelopes. Mark each envelope with the application name at the front. (ex: I-765 EAD application)
Then, have all these envelopes into one express delivery envelope and send it across. I did it and had no issues.

3. Its up to you....probably USPS overnight is cheaper than FEDEX.

4. See answer 2.

I know that FEDEX does not courier to P.O.BOX Nos.

1. So, if I use FEDEX but do not use overnight(Next day delivery), can I still use the "24000, Avila Road ..." address?

2. If I use USPS and use overnight, should I use the 24000 Avila Road address even if I know for a fact that USPS delivers to PO Boxes unlike FEDEX?
