AP/EAD Renewal

I am trying to do the AP/EAD renewal myself instead of going to my lawyer which costs $1K.

My lawyer mentioned about signature card for EAD.

Does anyone know what this is and where I can get this done?

Is it a must for EAD renewal?

Is this also required for AP renewal?
