AP/EAD question please help!!

AP extension please help
Hi,

My AP is expiring on Nov3rd, EAD is expiring on Feb 18, 2004. Could you guys please help me with the following questions.

a. Should I file for both AP and EAD together or seperate.

b. What forms do I need to fill for AP and EAD.

c. Someone had referred me to form I-131 for AP. Is this correct. If yes how should I answer Part 3. in the form where it asks for Intended date of departure, expected length of trip. I am only asking this coz I dont' have any travel plans, I need to have AP in Case I start working on EAD in which case I would be unable to travel on H-1.

d. Also where do I send these forms.

AP form: I-131 Application for Travel Document, $110 in favor of BCIS

exact dates of travel not required...

EAD: I-765 Application for Employment Authorization, $120 in favor of BCIS

C(9) in employment based 485...

VSC or Local BCIS office?

Do I need to send it to Vermont or to local NY BCIS Office. Thanks so much for your help.
