Either it is approved EAD cards or AP approvals. If you donot receive them within 2 weeks call IIO without fail. I had the same problem with AP I waited for 1 month after the online status changed to approved and then called the IIO. Here is the transcript after I gave the case number:
IIO: your AP has been approved and ... OH NO! the file is transferred to Virginia.
Me : What?
IIO: I guess the Mail is undelivarable hence we send the file to Virginia. OK let me check your and your attorney's mail address.
After I gave the address.
IIO: OK! the address seems to be right. OK at this time I only can
request Virginia Office to send the file back to us.
Me: Next what?
IIO: Then we will see if the approval letter is in the file if not, you need to reapply.
Me: What would be the time frame we are talking about.
IIO: Less than a month.
Summary: If I called the IIO after 2 weeks atleast the file wouldnot have been trasferred to Virginia and I could have got my approval resend to my address.
