AP / EAD at local INS

we r scheduled for interview at LA office (i.e case has already been transferred to LA offfice, all the files are in LA now, confirmed by the lawyer).

Now, to apply for AP / EAD we have to apply at the local INS and not the service center.

Anybody in same boat as ours,.... any idea what is the time frame to get the AP/EAD approved. ( 1 - 2 months) . I heard at the local office it gets approved very very fast, even less then a month.

is it true, .. we are hoping to get the AP ASAP 15 - 20 days at the max.

Also What is the interview time frame, lawyer confirmed that all the files are now with the local LA INS office,.... when can i expect to get the interview call 1-2-3 months,.... any idea's

Didnt know u could look up processing dates for local offices also.

hhmm the situation isnt that gr8 either with the local office, seems like 3-6 months wait anyways for EAD / AP.
