AP E-Filing Very Very Urgent Question (Please Help Me) Hi Gurus,

I e-filed my AP application and sent all my supporting letters but didn't sent my photographs . I filed my EAD&AP both of them online till this moment I misunderstood that the photos that were taken at Application Service Center will be considered for my EAD&AP.

I am going through this form I realized that I need to send hardcopies of photos.

Please guys let me know what I have to do now ...

Can I send my photos with a letter to VSC???

what's the best way to deal with this issue..

efiling and photo

I did my efiling for AP and got an RFE for photos in couple of
days. I sent the photos and LUD status reflects the same.

So dont worry.. you will get an request for photos..
 
What are the required Documents?

Hi Guys,
I had done eFiling 2 days ago. I need to mail the supported documents and attachment letter. I'm not sure exactly what to send. Can you please help me in providing list of documents to mail and also the supporting letter.

This is just for AP, right? I think for EAD, you don't need to send photos if you do efile and take pictures in ASC

This is for only AP .. not for EAD.

Here is the list of Documents I send

. Copy of the Confirmation Receipt notice
· Part7 Supplemental Information
· Copy of Current Advance Parole
· Online Status of my I485 receipt
· Copy of I-140 Approval Petition
· Copy of I-94
· Copy of Passport (which has Bio-graphic data)
· Copy of Drivers License

I forgot to send Photos .. we need to send Photos as well.

I e-filed my application on feb 02 2005 so far I haven't received any my mail conformation ..I got the receipt no when I filed online . I got mail confromation for my EAD ..

do you think I can wait some more time ?? to get a RFE or send my photos with covering letter.

Please let me know ..
