AP Document

I am planning to file AP for me and my wife online by myself. Going through the list of documents recommeded for AP in the forum, I-140 approval notice is one.

My company doesnt provide the I-140 approval notice until after 6 months from the date of filing I-485. Does that mean I cant file the APs by myself in the meantime?

My company policy does not allow our lawyers to provide I-140 receipts to employees either. However, the lawyers say that I-140 receipt is not required to file AP and that they have not received RFE's for applications filed without I-140 receipts. I went ahead and filed for AP without the I-140 receipt notice.

Take Online Printout for I 140 If your employee provide the I140 Receipt Number .If Not Call USCIS 1800 number they will give the Receipt Number.

first place ask lawyer to apply AP, If not give me the I 140 Receipt Copy or I 140 Receipt Number.

If raise the complain against lawyer in Lawyers Bar where is he register .
