I am new here, so I haven't updated my profile yet. I would like to know if anyone has experience with their I-765 and I-131 being very delayed, and no reasons given (sort of a given I guess...)
Anyway, I need to know what options I have for the AP, as I filed both together with the I-485 based on a K-1 in December, and I still have no AP doc. I called the service center, and they put in a referral to check what was happening with the case. Still nothing. I have my brother's wedding in June, and wondering if I can do anything else? Should I write a letter to Chicago? I saw somewhere here that a 'Senator's expedition' was done. Not sure what that is, but would appreciate any input provided, given my vicarious situation...
