AP- delay in mail??

USCIS website says my AP is approved and the document was mailed on Nov 8th. I did not receive it so far. On the other hand my spouce AP that was approved & mailed on Nov 16th, we received it yesterday. Does it mean it might be lost in mail?? What can I do to order a duplicate AP? Should I wait some more time before I take action??

To close the loop & benefit of others, I received my AP on December 1st, that is after 22 days I saw status change on USCIS website stating that document was manufactured & mailed.
