my ap is approved but still not recd in mail. can i travel and have someone send it by mail (fedex etc..) or i need to have copy in hand before i leave US?
Legally -- you are just required to be in US - as of the approval date.
I don't think so it would matter. The parole officer cannot track the shipment date - they just have the approcal date to go with.
So if you have your tickets .. take the risk -- if not wait for the approved copy to come to you.
