AP at San Jose for VSC AP Applicant.

My AP is pending at VSC since Nov 3, 2003. Would it be possible for me to get AP from local office San Jose?

So, do u know from recent information that it is possible to get AP from San Jose Local Office.
 
I don't know what exactly you mean by getting AP from San Jose.

There is nothing like interim AP. Once you apply for AP you got to wait for the approval.

If you have emergency you can get Emergency AP but you need to submit documentation with valid reason.
