I applied for AP at Miami office on 12/24/03, so far no receipt
notice, cheque not cashed

did anyone applied for AP at Miami office - pl. share experience,

you will get a receipt but it will come from National Benefit Center in MI. It took us about 20 some days to get a receipt and then about sametime to get approval
