AP at Baltimore or Philly District office ?

Hi guys

Did anybody recently apply for AP at Baltimore or Philly BCIS district office and got it ? specially anyone from a SR country ?
If so please share your experience here.
Baltimore used to issue AP same day some time ago, are they still issuing AP or EAD same day ??

Any experience or info is highly appreciated
