AP at a local (district) office

Has anyone received an Advancd Parole document at a local (district) office while having I-140/I-485 filed concurrently?

My I-140 (NIW)/I-485/I-131 are pending at Vermont (RD 11/27/02; ND 12/23/02) and I NEED my AP ASAP. My lawyer told me I could only wait for a card from Veront.
