140,485,EAD,AP recipt date Aug 5th

EAD approved 28 Nov.
AP approved 29 Dec (Online statut, I haven't recieved it yet)

140- Not approved yet, online dates changed, now showing 330-330 days. It was 270-300 days earlier.

485- Wait time changed to 720 days.


Planning to travel in Jan to India and return to with AP.
H1 6th year expiring 15th Jan.

1) Once my h1- 6th year, completes what does it mean to use EAD? Do I need to provide/notify/ackownledge to empolyer/IRS/INS?

2) Any instructions for travel with AP with no H1 to backup?

3) Wife had a H4 rejected last month, does any one see proeblems for her at port of entry with AP?

Employer needs to fill I-9 form and file it with him along with a copy of your EAD.

Just take I-485 receipt with you, no harm in carrying approved EAD also.

I don't see any problem.

which service center did you apply?
I applied AP in sep30th till no word about it,
mine is Vermont
 
My application was filed in CSC..

I guess, my new wait is for the I-140. New update on the status says 330 days.
