AP & EAD Approved

Hi Guys,

EB2 CSC Concurrently.

My PD is 03/24/2004
My Nd is 03/26/2004.

Fo done on 05/07/2004.

AP APPROVED on 05/10/2004 for me and my wife.Today i received 2 emails from USCIS.

EAD Approved for my wife on 05/10/2004.Received 2 emails from USCIS

Hi !! Doubt

Hi Kabish,
Good to know your AP & EAD is approved. Even my EAD is also
approved on same day.My filling date for 140/485 conncurrent under EB3 is Mar 04.
My question is are they going to follow old procedure for my case i.e approve 140 first and then 485 ????? i have this doubt because if they
are applying new rule then they will not approve EAD ?? ( A/C to new
procedure )

What do think guys ??

Hi Kumar,

Congrats!!!!But my EAD is not approved (May be not updated).I dont know which procedure they are following!!!
