AP approved for both me and my wife on 10th March,2004. ND was Nov 18th 2004. I was expecting some RFE(I140 for my wife, I got it last time) but looks like the approval went smooth. Took less than 4 months. Current AP expiring in April 2004. So good thing, we will be not be bound by any AP-related travel restrictions.

Since this was the renewel, can any one tell me if the AP approval notices goes to lawyer or comes directly to me? and when can I expect to see it in mail.

AP will go to lawyer if lawyer applied for you, or you if you applied yourself. who ever sent it in gets the AP. It takes about 5 days to actually get it.

My AP ND is Nov. 25, 2003 and it is good to see an approval close to my ND ..

AP status onlince changed

For both me and my wife, the status onlince changed from approved to 'The document we made based on registeration or approval of this notice has been mailed directly to the person whom concerened.'

I think they just posted the approval notice. Still wondering if they will come directly to me or my lawyer?
:) I will wait and update.
