AP approved with wrong DOB!

I received the approval letter on the mail yesterday and my DOB is (one year off) wrong on it. My attorney's office is sending the document back to TSC - on the form it was correct so it is TSC's fault. :mad::mad::mad:

I kinda need this soon - so if anyone experienced this situation could please tell me how soon he/she got actual document on hand after submitting it to TSC would be really appreciated!

In how many days after your AP approval, your attorney received the document?

One option could be to take infopass and ask the immigration officer to reissue you the document with correct dates.
