AP Approved - What next ?

Recently our advance parole got approved and we received 3 originals of AP for me and my wife. Our 140/485 is still pending. We are planning to visit India in coming months.

My question is, is it normal to get 3 originals for each applicant?

Also what documents should we need to take with us before leaving to Inda?
( What kind of extra documents that immigration/custom officers would
like to see when we reenter at US POE? )

Yup. I got 3 originals per person each time. Some people say to travel with a copy of your I-485 also.
