Finally, my spouse AP got approved on Feb 27,2004.
Here are my efforts list
a. Called customer support on Feb 23 when dates changed to Sep 03.
b. Faxed expedite application request on Feb 25.
Also i scanned all AP for 16 JULY ,04 src0320154xxx
and saw lot of approvals on feb27. Probably that's why we did not see 485 approvals yesterday.
Iam all set for the trip to India.
