AP Approved (CSC)

Congratulations

Is this ur 1st AP?? What docs did you attachwith the applictaion??

Did you have to write (in PART 7) any separate sheet how you qualify to get AP or did u just send copies of 1-485 notice??

tell me everything you did. I'm applying for 1st time.

Yes this is my first AP. I filed it myself.

I followed the steps enumerated in thread

I included my

I-140 Approval notice
Copy of I-485 receipt
Check
photos
I-131 application form

In the letter I only indicated that as my AOS was pending I need to travel to visit family members. I did not indicate any dates of intended travel either in the application or in the letter.

Iam applying for 2nd AP.
I want to know what is ND and AD means:

I guess AD means Approved date..............
and also the website says that the last processing for AP in California is Aug 20 2003................do u know what is the latest......

cause mine is expiring at may 25 and want to know if i coudld get one before.

also do we have to send photcopies of passport/ h-1B visa/licence

and one more thing:
what to fill in A# column and Class of admission

Look at your Approved I-140 or receipt notice of 140 or 485 on the top you will see A# in one column. Thats your alien number and will be same on all your applictaions (140/485/EAD/AP)
Class of Admission is how you entered in USA. H1, H4, F1 etc. Check your I-94 for that it will say your visa status.
