I got my AP today. Still waiting for EAD and receipts for all three applications ;-)

ersheido congrats !! I remember you send your application in jan 2001..but approximately which date did you send your apps?

I never received a receipt from INS, but the application was sent around 1/7. The AVM says it was received on 1/29.

I\'m not sure how long it takes for the EAD, but I need it desperately.

ersheido, my lawyer tells me that the receipts get mailed to the lawyer\'s office and not to the beneficiary.. so call your lawyer and find out if they have already received the receipts...
