AP Approved but not received in mail. How to enquire ?

Hello,


My AP was apporved on 07/28 (received USCIS emais and online status chnaged). I have not received it in mail till date ( Over 10 business dyas) Usually I receive
USCIS mails in under 5 days form the email date.


Is there an USCIS number I can call to find out what is going on ?

AP goes to your attorney (if you used one) .... so check with them before starting to worry.

plus USCIS wants you to wait atleast 30 days before you can get a document re-issued.
 
AP Lost in mail. Now apply for new AP ??!!

Hi,


My AP was apporved on 7/26/05. But I have not received it yet. I asked my Attorney to follow up.

Attorney replied that if the AP has not reached me and It does not get returned to USCIS, then I have
to apply for a new AP !!! Attorney says this is the reply they got from USCIS when they called.

Please note my address has not changed at all.


1) What is the procedure if the AP is lost in mail from USCSI to me ?

2) How can we apply for a new AP when there is already an approved AP


Experts please help as I am planning to travel out of US
