Hello Gurus.
Can you please comment on the following?
If AP is applied and approved, but lost in mail, how does it affect my wife who is on F1(OPT). Our AP was approved on Sep 20 but lost in mail. We have reapplied on Dec 4 (per the Houston USCIS Infopass Officer) and currently waiting.
Can my wife travel while we are waiting for new AP approval assuming that we stay in India till new AP document is approved and recd.? Or is not OK to start travel without approved AP document in hand. Please comment.
Also, does any one have any information on Dallas USCIS office providing AP immediately. Can this count as emergency or is it meant only for medical/life/death situations?
Thanks.
