AP Approved and then back to Processing

What is the exact message becky? It could be that they are processing the approval notice for mailing.
Message
On 1/27 it said that the I131 had been approved and that notices would be mailed shortly.
Now 4/2 it says that they have received the I131 application. It's taking between 180-220 days to process this type of application and they will send me notice when they have reached the decision.

Check the AP approval list to see if cases around your date are being approved, if so then either ask your lawyer to fax INS or you can call the 800 number and check with them the reason behind the change.
Probably something wrong in the database, but I wouldn't be worried unless the approval dates have moved way beyond your RD!

The RD is my date 8/20/03 -- I was wondering whether it was me that was holding it back that far
My lawyer says that they can't check until it's 30 days past the JIT date, I see people in 9/03 getting their AP approved.
Sigh. I guess I shouldn't be so bothered about the APA, it's the GC I want and not another AP!

There could be delays...
