AP Approved(9/20) after GC approved (9/07)

Hi,

Today My (Self) AP approved (9/20/2007) Spouse AP is still pending. But My Self & spouse GC got approved on 09/07/2007 and also received Green Cards.

What should I do now? Should I just ignore the approved AP?

Does any one in the same situation?
