After 11 months of filing (04.18.2003) and 3 months after RFE reply, USCIS finally approved my AP. Although there was a new G-28 attached to the RGE reply from the new lawyers, the approval still went to the old lawyers!
This AP is useless to me as I am really hoping to get the 485 approved. But maybe this will trigger something on that end.
