AP approval docs received but..Ciba please update

Me and wife received our AP documents today ...Each of us have 2 white documents ( with photos on each form )..valid till 03/22/2002...I read somewhere else about receiving yellow,green colored form..what are those??

debo, yellow form is for NSC folks. It has nothing to do
with us. Relax. :-)
