AP Approval After RFE

Here are my (and spouse) details:

3rd AP ND/RD July 18/03

RFE issued for copy of I-140 approval notice: Jan 20/04

RFE received by me for copy of I-140 approval notice: Jan 27/04

Copy of I-140 approval notice received by TSC: Jan 28/04

On-line status updated indicating RFE received by TSC on Jan 29/04

On-line status updated again indicating RFE received by TSC on Feb 3/04 (just to confuse me!).

On-line status updated indicating TSC approval on Feb 20/04, but on-line status not updated until Feb 21/04.

AP Received in Mail:??????

Office Number Was 398

So we two officers # 394 who issued several RFE and #396 who did yours. Several people had mentioned about RFE happy #394. I dont think it is the one officer, TSC should have some problem otherwise why are they not able to locate the approved I-140 themselves. Do you know of anyone who has AP RFe been approved for GC.Anyway nce to know that you have been approved.
 
I have no idea if the AP process has anything to do with the 485 approval. Both my EAD and AP were approved this week for one more year, yet I would think i'm getting pretty close with a Feb 1/02 RD/ND and April/03 FP.

My officer was 398, not 396...sorry!

Congrats! I have been monitoring your postings and frustration about travel to canada and possibly being fired. Iam sure it will be a great relief for you.
