Guys,
Cleveland BCIS does not accept AP's from EB applicants when the 485 is at the SC. They sent our Applns back after 45 days and I had to send it into to NSC on Saturday, 08/23
I need to travel in Sept and dont know what will happen now. Any ideas on how long NSC takes for processing an AP case?
Is there a way of speeding this up?
