AP applied in July 17th wish MSC case number

My wife's case is pending at Washington DC ofice. I efiled her AP on July 17th, and got an MSC number which means the case has been processed by National Benfefits Center.

SHould I follow Washingtin District office timeline or NBC time line?

If someone on this forum is waiting for his AP from NBC please update this tread with their info.

My wife has to travel in Oct and I am very worried.

Just got an email from USCIS that my wife's AP has been approved on 3rd. An approval notice has been mailed. She wants to travel on 13th. Is it safe to confirm the ticket for 13?

Do they mail tha AP along with Approval Notice or does it come later?
Can she leave the county on Approval Notice only or is it important to wait for the actual AP?

Thanks a lot. Please reply asasp I need to confirm her tickets as soon as possible.
