Does any body know, how long its taking for 'corrections to AP' in TSC. My advace parole is already approved . But the address was wrong. My attorney has sent it back for correction. She did not want me to travel using the AP with wrong addr.
I have booked my tickets to travel in mid-dec. Correction request for AP was applied on 11th Nov. My original AP approval was done in 10 days. I am hoping the corrected one should come very soon too.
Does anybody has any such similar experiences?
Also, I will be travelling via Frankfurt , Germany. Do I need a transit visa for this. I just have about 2 hrs stop over in Germany.
Please let me know. If I have to get the visa, I shall start that process immediately.
I have a valid H1 which expires in June of next year. But my I-94 is already expired.
H1 Extension is also filed. But I doubt if that will get in time for my travel.
