AP and H4

Hello

when returning from India, can i use my AP for entry and my wife use her H4 (or my kid use her H4)?

Even if u use AP, u can continue to work on H1.
So ur h1 is still valid, which makes the H4 valid.
So, u can use AP, while ur dependent can use H4.
But, at the POE, the officer may ask y one person i using AP, while the other is using H4.
So, on the safer side - both dependent and primary can use either H1/H4 or both use AP - just my suggestion.
