AP and H1B

hi everyone,
i have a little issue here.

i just came back to morocco to renew my H1B stamp. i went to the consulate today to renew it, and the lady told me that i will be approved to get the new h1b stamp, but she doesn't know exactly when i can come back to get my passport and visa. she also said she will call me when WASHINGTON authorizes them to give me the h1bvisa.
now this is my question. i do have an advanced parole...can i just use the advanced parole on the date that i was planning on going back to the states and leave the pending h1b stamp behind?

manwithnoname, so you are saying that i can just ignore the h1b stamp process that i started at the consulate and return to the US with the PAROLE?
wouldnt i get in trouble in the US for having started a h1b visa at the consulate?

PS. i dont care about the h1, all i want is to return to the US and get on with my life. i dont want to wait here until they decide to call me and give me a visa.

If you use AP, you will not loose your H1 b. you will be on parolee status but you can still work on h1 with same employer.

well thanks you all. i know i can use AP but can i just ignore the h1b visa stamping that i started at the consulate?
i am sorry for sounding like i am asking the same question over and over, but i just have a feeling you all's answers are not what i am asking...
thanks again.

No it does not matter even your H-1B stamping is held up. The Advanced Parole is associated to the permanent residency petition and these are de-coupled.
