I have question regarding using AP while I am on H1B status.
My NIW based I 140 has been approved and 485 is pending (concurrent filing). I am currently on H1B (change of status...not stamped) and it is valid for another 2 years.
I am planning travel outside US and I want to know if I use AP does it affect my H1B status any way? Appreciate any replies.
