i have question:
Does GC give permission to travel abroad or GC holders still have to apply for advance parole. Lets assume GC is marriage based.

GC holders don't need advance parole to travel, BUT if green card holders want to travel and stay outside for a year or more then they need to file a Re-entry permit before leaving the US.
