AP and EAD: Where to send?

My 485 was applied at VSC. My 485 has been sent to the Newark Local office since a long time now.

Since my current AP and EAD are expiring, Where should I apply for renewing?

Should I be applying at Newark since my 485 is currently in Newark OR

should I apply to VSC since my original 485 was filed there OR

have to file somewhere else?

Can I file both AP and EAD together?

What is the exact address for VSC?

Can somebody give me a link to a thread which details of requirement and procedures for filing AP and EAD?

Thanks

I renewed mine in Vermont. Alhtough you can file with the Chicago Lockbox. But again I was in a similar situation and mailed my paperwork to Vermont.

NO

Can I file both AP and EAD together? YES

What is the exact address for VSC? check for the address on i-765 or i-131. those are the forms you need to file for your EAD and AP

Can somebody give me a link to a thread which details of requirement and procedures for filing AP and EAD? The forms will tell you exactly what documents you need to supply.

Thanks

I don't think this is true. EB applications should not be sent to Chicago, only Family. Correct me if I am wrong.

I am not sure if you should file in the district office or Vermont, but if you are going to file in Vermont, follow the guides on this forum. These posts are sticky, meaning they stay on the top:

Just make sure you apply with up to date filing fees as they keep changing. I used the cover letters specified in the "guide" posts and already got my EAD approved. Also search for my posts regarding EAD for more information.

you might be right about the family based cases. my company lawyers were adamant that it should be Chicago and that's where they file and always get approvals. I filed in Vermont based on my personal attorney's advise. Go with Vermont.

File to Vermont, i did that

That is correct. Even though case is transferred to local office you need to send EAD/AP applications service centers where the I-485 was originally applied.
