AP and EAD in same envelope

I mailed my paper EAD renewal and AP (first time) in the same envelope to VSC.

VSC received it on 7/2/4 and encashed the EAD check on 7/6/4 and I received my EAD receipt notice from VSC as well.

So far my check for AP is not encashed and I did not receive the receipt notice for my AP.

Is this normal?

I am not sure but I think it takes more time for AP. Same thing happened to me too. I e-Filed both concurrently. I already received receipt notice for I-765 and none so far for I-131. Send to same address!
