It seems NSC work ahead of time on AP and EAD.
My case is like:
NIW -- China -- Detroit Area
I-140 PD: 04/28/00
I-140 Approve on 10/20/00
I-485 RD: 04/06/01
I-485 ND: 04/24/01 (LIN-01-158-*)
AP: 07/09/01
EAD: 07/11/01
However, No FP notice yet, could some one post statistics on the PF waiting time
in Detroit area?

I just called one of my friends. His I-484 ND is 01/16/01 and get FP notice a couple days ago.
Maybe the rule of 6-month is right for Detroiters.
