AOS withdrawal?

weird situation--

a friend applied for adjustment of status based on marriage to a US citizen. that marriage did not work out so they are not together anymore. she wants to get a divorce. anyways -- she found an employer that will sponsor her for an H1B. can she easily just withdraw her AOS application and get an H1B instead?

just hoping someone knows something regarding this matter.

yes thats doable.

Your friend should hire a good immigration attorney to handle his Labor Cert etc stuff. Also keep in mind that he can be eligible for a Green - Card via his employer other than a H-1B

for employment-based petitions, I only know of H1B. what other options are there?
