AOS with L1A (EB1) and change in job

Guys,
Have you done or come across anyone changing job with a 485 after 180 days pending , where the person is on a L1A visa ( Multinational executive/manager) category and EB1 classification?

What are the issues involved here which are different from the other EB classifications?

Since no Labor Certification stage is involved here,
(i)what does similar job mean in this case - is it as per job description in I-140?
(ii)What is the impact of change in title (but similarjob duties) and change in salary (reduced)?

( I am assuming that AC21 is applicable for EB1,if not please let me know)

I am on L1 A, EB1, have spoken to a dozen lawyers, questioned Sheela Murthy on her chat, etc etc, all of them are clear that L1 EB! can use the AC21 rule, that is u can jump employer after 180 days. No probs whatsoever. Check with Sheela Murthy archives, u will see my question in one of her chats abt 4 months ago on the same topic.

But make sure that the new job has the same JD and responsibilities as mentioned in yr 140 petition. so quit, jump have fun, write to me on my id if u want more details.
