I was last week by interviow with my wife and son who immigrated with my wife together.AOS officir was very nice and check all documentation what we bring and said you can wait in waiting room.Officir was African Amerikan lady and was very kind and nice.after about 20 minutes she come to us and bring passport of my wife and son and said everything is ok she stamp passport with I-551 and said my wife will recive green card for 3 week and she said my son cant have green card because he is now automatikly US citizen, because Im US citizen and his father and she said you can apply for his US passport.we sand passport aplication for him because have plan travel to old country this summer. But last mondey I find in mail box 2 latters from USCIS for wife and one for son. They congratulate to my wife because is now permanent resident but for my son they need additional biometric, photos, signature by local apliccation centar.I did call national uscis number and tray explain situation and they was confused to.I made appointment and I visited centar for biometric and tray to officir explain situation and I said I dont have identification for him because I send this with application for passport and she ask me how I cud sand application because case is not finish.I explain by AOS interviow officir said to me is finish and stamp his old passport with I-551 and hi is now US citizen.she answer she can not take biometric and photos if hi is US citizen. She sugest when passport arrive take copy of passport and sand to USCIS,but I think is beder finish this biometric and photos.Im concern they can stop me by port of entry and say passport is not ok for my boy. What you suggest what is best idea what I need to do in this big complication for me and my child who is five year old boy.Thank you

Was your son born in the US? If not, I don't understand how he automatically becomes a US citizen just because you are one. Were you a USC when he was born? If you were already a USC (unless you were a USC by birth) when he was born, then he automatically becomes a USC too. You have nothing to worry, just let the USCIS know that by sending them a copy of his passport and explaining the situation to them. You should not have any problems with the passport either as he is already a USC. You don't need to do the biometrics. Even the officers at the port of entry will have to let him in to the country because he is a USC.
