AOS under EB1 Category with L1A Visa....

Anybody having the correct information about the following subject, I appreciate their responses:

Changing the jobs after 180 days of filing the AOS in a case of L1A where the labout was not done. Is it allowed or not as per the AC21 memo? As the regulations still not released, various Attorneys are giving different interpretations!!

Anybody got the approval or cleared with INS?
