I Opted for AOS in I-140 application, however i would like to do CP as soon as my I-140 gets approved. After the discussion i had with my attorney today, i feel that my I-140 will be approved only if i file for I485 or else i have to wait for a long long time for 140 to get approved.
Can anyone suggest me if i should go ahead and file for 485 and go thru the tormenting process of AOS or wait till my I-140 is approved and opt for CP by filing I-824.
My I-140 details are
ND-07/30/02.
