AOS to CP

Our PD is 2004, and we are in AOS. Since, we are not sure of when we will get our 485 approved, if we plan to return back to India now, is there any way we can maintain our 485 status, is there an option to convert from AOS to Cp?

I believe you could submit an I-824 to convert from AOS to CP. Check with your lawyer.
